My favourite MSP client has an exciting opportunity for a
2nd Line Support Engineer to permanently join their team in the Chessington office


You'll be consistently hands-on providing technical support service to their clients, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and problems.

They believe strongly in internal progression and training, so you'll be working closely with theTechnical Lead to gain exposure to new technologies, so you can become the best IT Engineer you can be


Responsibilities include:

*Providing high-end 2nd Line Support
*Install and configure hardware, software and networks
*Travel to client sites to carry out on-site support
*Develop and maintain good working relationships with client
*Assist the Technical Lead in a variety of project work
*Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
*Provide expectational customer service
*Work individually and as a team to meet deadlines


Technical Skills Required:


  • 2nd Line Support
*Office 365 administration
*Microsoft Exchange
*Windows Server 2012 administration
*Hyper-V/VMware
*Knowledge of the basics of networking
*Excellent customer service skills
*Active Directory
*Group Policy
*Driving License & vehicle


Desirable Skills:

*Firewall knowledge
*Exposure to Azure & AWS
*Backup software - Datto & Veeam
