Labourer

Teignmouth

£13.00 per hour - full time & permanent


We are looking for a motivated Labourer to help with jobs, on a new build housing site in Teignmouth on a full-time permanent basis.

My client is a privately owned house builder with a reputation for building bespoke, high-quality homes in Devon and Cornwall.


Paying £13.00 per hour (monthly pay) with annual leave - 25 days + bank holidays, statuary sick pay and company pension scheme.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Performing setup and cleanup tasks on site
  • Digging pits, trenches and foundations
  • Heavy lifting and moving of materials and tools
  • Providing general maintenance of construction equipment
  • Any other adhoc duties as instructed by the site management team.

Key Requirements:


  • CSCS card
  • Reliable, Hardworking & Dedicated.
  • Able to listen and follow instructions.
  • Site based labouring experience.
  • Aware of health and safety best practices.
  • Able to travel to Teignmouth on a daily basis
