LDN London is an award-winning charity with over 60 years' experience of supporting people with learning disabilities to stay healthy, be safe and live well.
Piper House consists of 10 x1-bedroom flats offering supported living for people with learning disabilities North Kensington.
The service delivers support 24 hours a day with waking night and a large day team to people with a range of needs including physical disabilities some with more health-related needs and some where the focus is behavioural support.
Whilst the post holder will not be directly supporting them, they will have daily contact with the tenants and families.
About the role:
We require an experienced administrator who will be responsible for the smooth administration of Piper House during office hours, Monday - Friday and ensuring that there is follow up on administrative issues following the weekend.
In addition, the post holder will be at the forefront of our services on reception and will need to have a positive, resilient attitude, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and will be flexible and adaptable.

About you:
- be educated to GCSE including English & Math's (Grade A-C) or equivalent.
- have previous administrative experience
- be computer literate (including MS Word and Outlook mobile platforms)
- experience of working with sensitive and confidential data
- have excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening
- good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with people who use the service.
- excellent attention to detail, highly accurate and thorough
- knowledge of processes within an administrative role including an understanding of possible safeguarding risks for people in a supported living setting
