The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Workflow Co-ordinator. This role is reporting into the Business Support Services Team Leader.

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for managing administrative workflow across all four offices and legal departments, with the aim of delivering a highly efficient administrative support service to the firm.

This is a predominantly office based role.

Main responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Effectively manage resources and coordinate workloads to ensure all incoming tasks are assigned to a team member
  • Manage team schedules and leave request rota's
  • Communicating instructions and managing expectations between offices and amongst key stakeholders and administrators
  • Supporting team leaders with the delivery of training to new and existing team members
  • Ensuring best practices, firm policies and training guides are followed across the team
  • Support team leaders to ensure relevant processes have up to date training guides
  • Working with team members to implement and drive personal development plans

The Person:

For this role, our client is ideally looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years of workflow experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Experience in training and development
  • Experience coordinating workflow tasks within a professional services environment
  • Confident delegating tasks and working with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Customer service focussed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Administration experience
  • Creative thinking, able to take initiative and problem solve
  • Confident using and learning IT systems and software

The Benefits:

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm


The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (working from home & office)


The Salary:

Up to £28,000
