Do you have high attention to detail and are looking for a new warehouse role?


This role would involve undertaking warehouse duties and stock control by utilising computer based systems to maintain good stock accuracy.


Responsibilities:


  • Undertake continuous PI stock checks
  • Prepare for annual auditing and full stock check
  • Undertake annual stock check
  • Complete all Stock Audit queries as they arise, accurately reporting results to management.

These tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Control extraordinary inbound and out bound goods
  • Raising RMA's (Return Goods Authorisations)
  • Raising ERN's (Equipment returns Notes)
  • Booking-In and Allocation of stock to DTS PO's
  • Creating Customer kit assets
  • Adjusting Stock assets
  • Changing asset status's
  • Checking and adjusting stock descriptions
  • Serial Number changes
  • Adjusting and updating product codes
  • Creating Assets without PO's
  • Maintain RMS system accuracy
  • Order Corrections via Order Admin changes
  • Updating of the GI Logs
  • Check and maintain the clear down of RON locations
  • Check for assets in 'PUTAWAY' status
  • Chase individuals who have stock allocated to their names
  • Ensure SADs are raised on the SAD report
  • Assist the warehouse in all other activities
  • Order Picking
  • Booking in of GRN's and PO's
  • Actively Logging to Goodsin Log all equipment received
  • Clearing down Put-Away
  • Support the other business units when requested.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with Rental software systems is a distinct advantage
  • High degree of accuracy in the delivery of their work
  • Real focus on ensuring that all tasks are completed quickly to prevent backlogs
  • Have good organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Proactive, selfstarting and flexible approach to their work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management
  • Possess drive and tenacity to cope with high workload
  • Able to use their own initiative to overcome daily issues
  • Commercial and cost conscious
