Description
Our client is looking for a senior manager with Children's Services who has experience of improvement and transformation programme. Ideally, you will have operated in Children's or Adults Social Care services or the Health sector.

This post will report tothe Children's Services Improvement Lead, and will provide programme support for a number of transformation programmes in Children's Services.


It will oversee five key work-streams and work with senior officers regarding the Improvement programme plan, monthly programme boards and production of supporting papers and programme controls.


The projects within the programme are:

  • Workforce Sufficiency, Recruitment and Development
  • Medium Term Financial Plans specifically Placement Sufficiency
  • Fostering Improvement Plan


  • Systems development

  • Performance management and Scorecard Hybrid working
  • 2 days per week in the office will be required
