Finance Manager


We have a new opportunity to join Willow Burn's Finance Team as our Finance Assistant


A member of the finance team, supporting the finance manager in the delivery of a professional support service across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities*:


  • Support the finance manager with the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
  • Manage the logging and banking of cash into the organisation.
  • Support the finance manager with the processing of financial transactions into accounting software (Xero), ensuring data is accurate and timely purchase, sales, nominal, bank ledgers and payroll.
  • Support the finance manager with the completion of month end tasks including all reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to accounting policies and procedures
  • Support the finance manager with cashflow management.
  • Support the finance manager in the preparation and completion of the statutory accounts and liaise with the external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with Willow Burn policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the finance manager as appropriate.
