We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Careers Advisor and Enrichment Officer, to join our hardworking and dedicated Pastoral Team at KS3, KS4 and KS5.

You will be capable of delivering outstanding and inspirational careers advice to our students and deliver enrichment opportunities to help close cultural capital gaps, raise aspirations and get students out of their comfort zones.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Careers Advisor and Enrichment Officer to join our academy where new initiatives are welcomed and encouraged.

As a Careers Advisor and Enrichment Officer, you will support the academy with delivering high quality careers advice to 1-to-1s and small groups, providing guidance in assemblies and PSHCE Days to whole classes and year groups, arranging trips, visiting speakers and opportunities to improve aspirations across the academy and support Sixth Form students with UCAS Applications, Apprenticeship Applications and Work Experience.

You will also mentor students and support the academy with provision for students at risk of being NEET.

As our new Careers Advisor and Enrichment Officer, we will nurture, challenge and support you throughout your career here at Abbey Grange C of E Academy.
