Senior HR Advisor (12 months Maternity Cover)


ASR Group is the world's largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, with an annual production capacity of more than six million tons of sugar.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior HR level to join our European Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover basis.


You will be based at our Thames Refinery site in East London with 1 day a week in our Corporate office in Covent Garden.

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.


What will you be doing?
-
Talent Acquisition: Partner with key stakeholders to execute recruitment activity and ensure fair and bias-free hiring process.
-
Talent Management: Provide guidance on PDPs, coach team leaders and managers on career development and performance management.
-
Employee Engagement: Provide positive guidance and advice to employees and supervisors when required.
-
Learning & Development: Partner with a line manager to support them in facilitating the transfer of learning to get the best value from training programmes and development events.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong HR generalist UK experience
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver results through collaboration.
  • Ability to anticipate and preempt employee issues/concerns.
  • Experience providing HR support to a similar business would be advantageous.
