We are looking for personable and positive team players who have a passion for all things home and hobby. You must be flexible, proactive and enjoy giving great customer service. A Keyholder Retail Assistant at Søstrene Grene has a busy and diverse role. Keyholder responsibilities include opening and closing the store, setting intruder alarms and keeping store keys secure.

Keyholder Retail Assistant is the fourth in line in terms of management, after the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor.


Other responsibilities include:


  • Assuming additional management responsibilities in the absence of Management Team.
  • Greeting customers in a warm, genuine, and friendly manner.
  • Ensuring customers receive the best possible service throughout the store.
  • Contribute to a happy work environment by being positive with proactive with a 'cando' attitude.
  • Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries
  • Refilling depleted shop items to ensure sales floor is organised according to established guidelines.
  • Sign writing in line with established guidelines.
  • Maintaining high shop floor and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards
  • Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • End of day cashing up and float management
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of store products to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
  • Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner; escalate where required.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude towards colleagues and tasks.
