Exciting opportunities for
QA Operatives for Cranswick Gourmet Bacon (Shernurn site) have arisen.

Hours of work
This shift follows a shift pattern 3on,1off-3on,7off from 6.30am -7pm

Main duties include:

Generation and maintenance of sample collection plan
Sample loading on lab system, maintenance of schedules
Generation and maintenance of taste panel Rota and inputting results
Paperwork review, completion, and filing
Issuing of retail price list
Update and maintain weekly code calendar
Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks
Hand swab sampling; as per required frequency
Water sample collection; as per required frequency
Cover brine sample collection as and when required
Probe calibration; as per required frequency
Packaging audit; as per required frequency
Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, Foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive)
Check weighing download information
