Accounts Payable Clerk

Harrow, Middlesex

£28,000 + Pension + Parking
An experienced Accounts Payable Clerk is required to join busy Finance Department.

Whilst this is not a huge PLC business it's a company that offers recognition for a job well done and prospects galore.

Some of your duties will include:

Working alongside team in Finance Department and managing supplier accounts
Checking supplier invoices received and confirming prices are correct and inputting onto the accounts system
Matching invoices with delivery notes and forwarding to line Manager for approval
Reconciling supplier statements and preparing cheque and BACs payments
Liaising with relevant depts as necessary to ensure the prompt resolution of queries
Assist with raising sales invoices including recording invoices on system
Managing new suppliers and opening accounts on the computer system
Producing weekly and monthly payment reports and distributing accordingly
