Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.

Proven experience in a childcare setting.

Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Reliable, organised, and able to multitask effectively.
