Up to £37,000 (depending on experience) + bonus & benefits

Got a desire to push and be pushed to create outstanding work every single time?
Well, within Specsavers Creative, we do just that. Working in the Concept team, you'll collaborate with key colleagues to produce high-quality conceptual ideas. You'll work closely alongside a Copywriter to produce outstanding, original advertising and communication concepts to brief.

As the expert in your field, you'll provide excellent art direction for a wide range of comms, as well as attend and assist on TV/photo shoots and radio recordings which would be a real 'pinch-me' moment as you'll get involved in seeing our fab ideas coming to life.

This is a rare opportunity as you'll work agency-side in-house within a famous national brand where you can really take ownership of some awesome creative ideas.


To make this all happen you'll be an art direction guru with an 'ideas-first' mentality, strong design ability, and a portfolio of work demonstrating a true commitment to advertising.

A good understanding of the possibilities and opportunities in digital will put you in a strong position.

You'll either be based in Guernsey (office-based) or remotely within the UK, but will have to travel to other locations when needed, to attend shoots and meet some of our great people in person.
