About the Role:
Can you talk 'PMO' to non-project people?
This is an outstanding opportunity to Business Partner numerous complex projects within our large Transformation Team in our Electricity Transmission division.
As Change Delivery Partner you'll provide change guidance to successfully shape and define change activities, to resolve business challenges and help deliver our performance contract.
Based on your expertise, you will hands-on support key stakeholders to effectively deliver a portfolio of change - from definition through to delivery, governance and benefit realisation.
Key Accountabilities:
About You:
You'll have exceptional practical problem-solving and advanced communications skills with experience of working with multiple stakeholders in dispersed, high performing and agile teams.
Having worked in PMO and Change Teams, you understand change delivery approaches, methodologies and frameworks, are familiar with agile change management concepts and have strong MS Excel & MS Office skills.
Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Project Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Operating model design and implementation.
Also practical experience in at least 5 of the following:
scoping, scheduling and planning, business case development and benefits management, project financial management, governance, risk management, vendor management, resource allocation, business readiness management and execution.
If you have qualifications in any of the following, they will be highly regarded: PRINCE2, MSP, APM, PMI, CIPD and PEx LCS 1A or equivalent.
