Are you experienced within Account Management leader and Customer Service team leader? Seeking a new role? Look no further

Our client is seeking a Team leader to join their global team.

You will provide excellent communicative customer service to their customers. Understanding their products to support increase wallet share. Managing stock levels, orders and forecasts.

The Role:

Developing and writing of day to day work instructions for customer service
Train new starters (not daily) creating an induction plan and complete work instruction training
Embracing product knowledge throughout our comprehensive range
Promote the products/upselling
Build sustainable relationships with customers
Manage customer accounts within various industry markets
Manage forecasts/monitoring progression of orders/scheduling deliveries on time
Manage stock, purchase and sales orders
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions in a timely fashion
Support our external sales team and provide the necessary data
Occasional customer/supplier visits, maybe overseas
