Client Services Manager - SCC Document ServicesHybrid role - Home/Manchester with travel to client sites, as required
Salary - Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) plus Car/Allowance and Large company benefits
SCC Document Services puts the customer back in control and de-risks the uncertainty of upgrading any of their Print, Scanning, and Document Management technology in the current unpredictable climate.
As a result of continued growth, we are recruiting for a Client Services Manager to maintain excellent relationship with all levels of client contact within designated accounts.
This will be to support the sustain and renewal of existing accounts, howeverto ensure that portfolio of services are developed and grown.

- Build and develop excellent relationships across your client base
- Ensure that Service Review bestpractices are undertaken on a consistent and continual basis, across all accounts
- Ensure that the Account Plan for each contract are kept up to date and progressed (sustain and growing revenues)
- Support the Document Services Sales Manager in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- The ability to analyse and manage financial information
- Experience of managing a team is essential
- An ability to negotiate tactfully, rationally and persuasively
- Leader and project manager who works well at all levels
- A selfmotivator with professional standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
