Our client is taking a holistic look at its global booking model set-up to try and get ahead of the market that has historically pieced together this type of transformation programme.


Some design principals have already been defined though we are looking for a mix of contractors to come in on a potentially long-term strategic plan.

Workstreams where the client is looking to onboard are around:

  • Defining the optimal booking model structure - Senior BA
  • Post trade lead - facing off to market infrastructure and front to back stakeholders
  • Programme lead - multiple workstreams need tracking and delivering on
January start with minimum 6 month contract.
