So, what's the job?

You'll be accountable for the accurate and proactive management of medical cases, and coaching and mentoring to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are followed
You'll contribute to Medical Case Management in accordance with relevant SOP
You'll manage clinical complaint escalations as required
You'll co-ordinate medical staff rostering in consultation with Operations Manager and Workforce Planner in accordance with appropriate award requirements
You'll participate in Clinical and Client presentations as required
You'll conduct performance management in line with HR processes
You'll set performance expectations with team members and provide observations, feedback and coaching to improve metrics
You'll be responsible for staff compliance with business standard operating procedures

And what are we looking for?

You'll have at least 3 years recent experience in Acute Care, Critical Care, ICU, or Emergency department background
You'll ideally have Medical Assistance experience
You'll have a current registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Council to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK
You'll have strong people management and mentoring skills and proven leadership skills
You'll have the ability to work varied shifts including day / afternoon / night / weekend and public holiday shifts
You'll have excellent interpersonal communication skills when dealing with customers, patients and allied healthcare professionals
You'll have high level of proficiency with computer systems
