Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor to join our team. You'll be quality driven with a passion for care and have prior experience within the care sector.

The role will require you to work across our operating areas and for these reasons being a driver and having access to a vehicle is essential.

What does the role involve?

Provide care for clients as and when necessary
Conduct client assessments and reviews
Staff spot checks / observations / competency checks
Medication and communication record audits, action plans and follow up
Utilising our electronic system to record information
Participate in our On Call rota
