Acacia Lodge Care Home is a residential care home based in Irthlingborough and we are currently looking for an experienced individual who is hard working, with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our friendly and dynamic team to provide administrative support to the Management Team on a Part Time basis working 20 hrs per week.
Duties & Responsibilities- Liaising with outside agencies, GP surgeries, Other providers including Clients representatives
- IT support; must have good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook as well as a strong grasp of MS Office
- Maintaining accurate records on staff and residents register
- General office duties; Filing, archiving, producing reports on request
- Working Hours : Mon to Fri
- Full training will be given to cover all aspects of the work to be carried out
