Upon joining their Sales and Business Training Programme you will:

Gain valuable insight into various areas of the business
Receive tailored training and development
Be mentored by a dynamic and motivated manager who progressed from the commercial trainee programme
Contribute to the overall running of the business
Work in a fastpaced and handson business environment
Build strong relationships with B2B customers
Have the opportunity to progress e.g. to an area sales role and management in the future

The company's Bristol location has a proven track record of seeing graduate and commercial trainees who complete this programme progress to Area Sales Manager and Business Manager roles, and 3 members of the current management team at Bristol have progressed through this route.

Rewards
As a Sales & Business Trainee, you will receive:

Starting salary of £25,000 (depending on level of experience)
Uncapped bonus based on your performance
Full training, including bespoke sales training programme and mentoring by the Business Manager
Progression opportunities and further training available
Optional membership to the company's excellent pension scheme
