Our Learner Support Team is dedicated to providing the best possible support for our future medical profession and we are looking for someone who could help us with that.

It is a role which varies form day to day and is part of the wider education team.


As Learner Support Administrator, you will be responsible for helping support and monitor all Trust learners' performance, health & conduct at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust in line with Health Education England and GMC guidelines, Universities, and all Higher Educational Institutes.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative processes and confidential data collection, manage outlook diaries, manage information systems, and scheduling of appointments for the Learner Support Team .


You will also build and maintain good relationships with existing students to provide a positive, helpful, and solution-focused approach to issues and concerns.

Communicate professionally and effectively with a wide range of staff during the delivery of the Postgraduate Trainees Doctors, MB ChB (Batchelor of Medicine and Batchelor of Surgery), Nursing and all Education Leads and HEI's

Book appointments, accompanying as required, witness and accurately notate discussions at these appointments.

Diary management and administrative duties for Associate Director of Medical Education (ADME), Associate SPS Dean and Learner Support Manager

Prepare documentation and take minutes in complex case conferences and meetings

Record and manage data information systems

Quality Assurance of service/own work

Ensure all data complies with Data Protection act and both Trust and University policies
