Description

Luddon Construction are currently recruiting for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the various divisions within the company, based at Grangemouth.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Site administration including but not limited to processing timesheets, invoicing, equipment and materials ordering, updating training records, liaising with other departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as required

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Grangemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
