We are delighted to be working with highly regarded global real estate business in St Johns Wood to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to let a variety of properties in the North West London area and to work within a team that has a fantastic reputation.


Responsibilities:


  • Daytoday management of tenants
  • Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
  • Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk
- ins, in a professional manner.

  • Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.

You will receive the following:
- £28,000 Basic Salary

  • Commission + Car Allowance
- £60,000/£70,000 OTE


Required Skills:


  • Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients,
  • Proven track record in closing deals.
  • It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
  • An uptodate understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
