Are you an experienced Events Manager, looking for a new role?
The role is to support, plan, execute and finalise projects and events according to strict deadlines and within or under budget.
This is an exciting and varied role, based in Marlow and it offers hybrid working.
Key duties include:
- Working with Vendor & Sales Business Development Teams to support key programs, events and projects.
- Manage Worldwide program deliveries and events, both virtually and in person.
- Effectively liaise with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide accurate resource and supplier costs to the Sales team to ensure accurate quotations can be generated.
- Work with the Finance Manager on the end of month Cost of Sales, ensuring all revenue and costs for all delivered events are correct.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting internally and to multiple vendors.
- Supporting the Service Delivery Team with adhoc private training events and other tasks where required.
