This role is multi-sited, and the nature of the work may require travel to any of the College sites

Your hours:52 weeks per annum (FTE 1.0)

Your pay:
£28,000 per annum

Working within North Kent College's Motor Vehicle Team and alongside our Apprenticeships & Work Placements team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitability qualified, experienced and passionate individual to join the team as Motor Vehicle SkillsTrainer / Coach.

The postholder will be required to support recruitment, induct, train, review, coach, mentor and monitor apprentices.

You will work with employers, visiting learners in their places of work and you will support the timely completion of apprenticeship reviews/You will contribute to the promotion, delivery, coaching & mentoring, final assessment to meet the needs and contractual targets and performance criteria in line with meeting Apprenticeship Standards and Milestone Achievement and Progression.
