Hours:
Full-time, 35 hours per week, usual working hours Monday to Friday 9 to 17. Flexible working is possible.

Salary:
£25,480 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.

We work in close collaboration with University College London (UCL) to deliver numerous postgraduate programmes.

Based in the Postgraduate Studies (PGS) Department and working under the direction of the Head of Operations, the Education Support Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support for the PGS team.

The post-holder will deliver a high-quality, timely and professional service to current and prospective students within PGS.

Part of the role will also include working closely with Senior Education Managers, the Senior Course Tutor and other members of the PGS Support Staff and Operations team.

The Education Support Officer will support PGS operations by undertaking administrative tasks/projects under the direction of the Head of Operations, as well as committee servicing of PGS groups and provision of some secretarial support for the Academic Director.

Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working).

Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Contract duration
Permanent

Midday (12pm), Thursday 7 December 2023.
