Key Responsibilities:


Provide junior analyst support to the team ensuring that all allocated work and incoming issues are dealt with without risk to the company, in an efficient manner, and to the satisfaction of all internal and external clients.


  • Channel campaigns
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across the marketing mix, using systems such as Salesforce and Pardot when required
  • Project and event management: coordinate deliverables for thirdparty conferences and assist with the project management of hosted events
  • Work with thirdparty media partners to promote Newton content
  • Partner with our branded merchandise companies to create branded materials for use at events.
  • Conduct research on key competitors to assist with the development of ideas for campaigns
  • Digital/Reporting
  • Create tracking links and use dashboards via Google Analytics
  • Monitor campaign performance and create reports on marketing activity
  • Budgeting
  • Develop and maintain budgets for specific marketing activity and manage invoice processing
  • Use the procurement process for vendor management

Other general responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with other team/department members to support a continuous process improvement approach, and to contribute to key business strategic projects and initiatives. Maintenance of effective team checklists and procedure documents.
Internal Junior Analyst -Marketing Campaigns & Projects

  • Administration of meetings e.g., manage team diaries, prepare meeting packs, produce meeting notes and minutes. Attendance at meetings (internal and external) on behalf of the team when required. Support the team to maintain effective relationships with other Newton and BNY Mellon areas.
  • Input into audit and control processes (external audits, regulatory audits, internal audits and compliance monitoring) on behalf of the team and other business areas, as required.
  • Production of Management Information data, reports and analysis on behalf of the team.
  • Oversight of any team task that is being performed by a vendor (Outsourced Function Provider, Third Party Service Provider or Inter-Affiliate service), including undertaking the task during business continuity events or tests
  • Works collaboratively with others and builds good working relationships.
  • Has effective communication skills. Actively listens and checks own, and others', understanding. Produces excellent written work.
