Working primarily across residential, conveyancing and probate departments to provide administration support.

Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a respected accredited law firm with offices in York, Wetherby and Malton.

You will be joining a firm that has seen a significant growth over the last few years and has a large share of thelegal business in the local area.


Description

The key responsibilities of the Administrator will be:

  • Assisting with providing quotations
  • Converting quotations on the Perfect Portal system
  • File opening within our case management system
  • Creating matter contacts, including beneficiaries, executors and attorneys in our case management system
  • Creating entity and matter links
  • Sending out and receiving signed terms of business
  • Sending out and receiving standard conveyancing questionnaires
  • Sending out and receiving property information forms
  • Collating documents, information and evidence
  • Assisting with the file closure and archiving procedures
  • Liaising with fee earners, support staff and admin team as required

Profile

The successful Administrator will have/ be:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Webbased solutions (Experience using internet commercial sites. Could include online shopping, booking holidays, booking tickets, online banking etc.) desired
  • Selfmotivation: energy; positivity; cando attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Proactive; willing to use initiative
  • Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Good organisation and ability to prioritise
