- Answering inbound call queries in a professional manner
- Factfinding and building rapport whilst resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Resolving client complaints
- Ensuring compliance processes are followed at all times
- Supporting new customers through the processes whilst ensuring compliance is to an excellent standard
Skills for the Customer Service Advisor:
- We would like to hear from you if you have experience as a; Inbound Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Business Advisor or similar customer service experience
- Have a positive and productive attitude
- Grade A-C in English and Maths is essential
