Our client requires someone who is passionate about disability inclusion, curious about inclusive design and wants to Get real, do good and support brands who want to be unmissable in the digital world.

This role will work across two work streams to deliverincreased accessibility across client brands.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Access Services pilot, acting as a liaison between our access services suppliers and ensure that all learnings in the pilot phase are captured so we constantly refining and creating a seamless workflow ready for further roll out.
  • Develop KPI tracking and management of KPI data reporting
  • Manage and update timing plans
  • Help with the creation of presentations and communication around Access Services
  • Assist with the communication plan to ensure the marketing community and our access service suppliers are clear about the service we provide. Working with comms teams to create an event and launch of information.
  • Facilitate a cross functional team to develop and implement accessibility standards and guidelines for consumer experience.
  • Ensure the tribe partnerships with external industry experts are leveraged for the successful enablement of the projects.
  • Collaborate with Communications and other teams to promote accessibility awareness and education of the projects delivered by the tribe.
  • Stakeholder management and organising the events pertinent to disability inclusion (GAAD, IDPD)

Key skills:


  • Strong Project management skills and experience leading cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines such as WCAG 2.0 ( Nice to have)
  • Experience working with product managers, designers and developers, agencies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for promoting accessibility and inclusivity in consumer experience.
