£35,000 to £45,000***I am delighted to present to you an exceptional opportunity to join one of Sheffield most esteemed legal practices, renowned for its excellence in Personal Injury Law. We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Track Personal Injury (PI) Fee Earner to become an integral part of this dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive environment, known for its high standards and commitment to client care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a diverse caseload of multitrack personal injury claims, including RTA, workplace accidents, and public liability cases, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our clients.
  • Conduct thorough case assessments to determine legal strategies, while ensuring all actions comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, offering empathetic and clear advice throughout the legal process.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals, contributing to the development of best practices and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.

Requirements:


  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in handling multitrack personal injury cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to legal standards.
