We are working with a fast-growing provider of consulting, staffing and executive search services to the Fintech Sector/Crypto space.

They are currently in a phase of expansion and looking to build out a team of creative, entrepreneurial people.


Salary - £23,000 - £27,000 DOE

About The Role


As an early hire into a fast-growing business, the position will utilise a broad range of skills across content, marketing and networking.

Working alongside the company director to drive revenue development, expand service offerings and increase brand awarenesswithin niche technology communities.


Core responsibilities will include:


  • Monitor current trends and research target audience preferences
  • Create engaging text, image and video content to post daily
  • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
  • Stay uptodate with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Train team mates to use LI effectively and create posts they can use to maximise network building and engagement
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Analyse sales forecasts to design posts to attract in specific areas at certain times of the year
  • Prepare and hold meetings discussing new strategies and plans you think could be worth changing
  • Monitor inboxes, conduct related admin tasks and create presentations for monthly forecasts/company targets
  • Help plan fundraisers/charity events the entire company can partake in

About You

years' social media/marketing industry experience, ideally in a recruitment or commercial similar background
