Description

The Greenhouse Restaurant, which opened in February 2023 forms part of the Downham Home & Garden store, one of Norfolk's largest Home & Garden Centre retailers.

We are now seeking an experienced Bartender to join our small and friendly team to delight our customers.

Working as a key member of our Front of House team, preparing beverages to a consistently high standard whilst keeping your workstation, utensils, and equipment clean.

We are offering full-time hours to be discussed at interview, including every other weekend between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm, and some evening hours.

Responsibilities:

Serve a range of drinks to customers
Working as part of a team ensuring to ensure that customers are accommodated in a timely manner.
Monitoring the stock levels of beer, wine, and spirits.
Knowledge of mixing cocktails and other beverages for serving.
Be familiar with all menus in the restaurant and bar areas
Communicate with customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
