Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.


Duties:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Promote sales by upselling and crossselling products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy store layout
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
From £24,874.00 per year
