Part-time, Permanent,

12 -16 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday various shift lengths typically between 2-5 hours per day

(6pm-8:30pm)

Job Role

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Cleaner who can work as part of a team as well on their own to provide cleaning services to a range of facilities including but not limited to office spaces, kitchens, toilets and communal areas.

The goal is to ensure the cleanliness and up keep of our clients' properties ensuring that the general appearances of the buildings and surroundings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.

Main Duties

Complete all tasks required on the cleaning schedule
Specialist cleans, using equipment as chemicals appropriate to the task as requested by your line manager.
Complete equipment and consumables orders via your line manager
Identify and report building and equipment faults promptly.
COSHH procedure is followed within our company and full training will be provided
Assist in the care of equipment, materials and storage areas used in cleaning the building.
Ensure all duties are undertaken in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with requirements under Health & Safety regulations.

You will have:

Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual
The ability to develop good relationship with both other colleagues as well as internal contacts
Ability to carry out cleaning functions to the necessary standards
Ability to use building cleaning materials and equipment in a range of situations (training will be provided where necessary).
Cleaning experienced preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
A full UK driving Licence is essential for this position
The necessary right to work information available
You must be willing to have the necessary DBS checks conducting before commencing employment.

Benefits:

£10.90 per hour
28 days holidays per year on a pro rata basis
Auto en-roll pension available to those who qualify
