Senior Marketing Account Manager

£38,000 - £42,000 per annum

Do you have the ability to influence and work in partnership with clients and internal teams? Do you have excellent account handling skills and a strong process-driven approach to client service?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, creative and driven to succeed, with a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

Ensure first rate client service is delivered across all aspects of client and campaign management
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Act as a first point of contact for client queries
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
Proactive identification of business development opportunities within existing accounts
Delivery of monthly forecasting, invoicing, and understanding of account profitability
Generate accurate reports
Management, training and development of junior team members
