1.1 The Opportunity


We are currently looking for a full-time (40h) Brand Ambassador Fragrance in our Travel Retail department for our store in Heathrow airport.

You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, creating meaningful experiences by providing the highest level of customer service for one of our most prestigious brands.


Main duties and responsibilities:

1.2What you ́ll get to do

  • Elevate and entertain clients creating a unique instore experience, in spiring connections and loyalty.
  • To tell compelling stories alongside brand and product guidelines, maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Work towards the achievement of sales goals, at a store level, actively converting footfall and linking sales, proactively approaching consumers in the store.
  • Follow visual merchandising and brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of housekeeping
(stock management, testers availability, etc )and cleanliness front and back of house at all time.

  • Comply with company procedures including service steps, returns, exchanges, etc
  • Reporting through company tools: out of stocks, pictures, sales, feedback from consumers & competition activities, inform line manager about key launches and sales activities
  • Regularly review product launches and brand knowledge in the training tool and attend to the annual seminar.


Key Skills: 1.3 We'd love to meet you if you have -Experience within a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury.

-Ability to work as a team player. -Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving personal goals.

  • Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing. A keen interest in the industry and market trends. Passion for luxury products. Details orientated. Digital tools awareness (computer, table, smartphone ) Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal. Other language is a plus. Previous job experience in an airport retail environment is a plus.
