We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a dynamic team at a leading Plumber's Merchant in Warwick.

But wait, there's more This isn't just any regular job - it's a 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) covering sick leave.

What you'll be doing:_
Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers to control, reduce, and maintain debt risk
Working within set Measures, KPIs, and Objectives to meet individual and team targets
Updating systems with call, payment promise, and query information for accurate account history
Building strong relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service
Actively driving query resolution to enable free cash flow and reduce debt risk
Investigating, approving (where appropriate), and crediting disputes
Identifying and implementing problemsolving opportunities
Supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives
Working independently or as part of a team on improvement projects
Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage the customer portfolio
Influencing stakeholders with integrity to achieve desired outcomes

Previous experience in credit control or a related field
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Proactive approach to driving query resolution and reducing debt risk
