Applications are invited for the part-time post of Administrative Officer (Study Abroad) in the Centre for Development of Academic Skills (CeDAS), part of the Directorate for Education and Innovation at Royal Holloway.


This Administrative Officer will work with the Study Abroad team within CeDAS and will be responsible for supporting activities around incoming and outgoing Study Abroad and placements abroad.

The work is essential for the effective running, evaluation and reporting of these activities.

The role holder is likely to focus predominantly on supporting outgoing activities and will work closely with the Global Experiences Strategy Manager, who oversees the bidding for and distribution of government Turing Scheme funding.

Typical work might include responding to queries from students as well as external stakeholders such as overseas universities and volunteering schemes; maintaining accurate records of students travelling overseas and the funding allocated to them; supporting promotional events for outgoing opportunities as well as welcome events for incoming students.
