Senior Systems Accountant | Social Housing | Oldham | Permanent

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a national housing association in order to recruit a Senior Systems Accountant. They are one of the leading housing providers across the sector and want to improve its financial systems through providing high qualityfinancial reporting

Role:

You will support the ongoing running and development of finance systems

Responsibilities;

Supporting the ongoing running and development of the finance systems at Guinness ensuring full benefit is derived from technology investment
Contributing to the operation and development of a high quality finance systems offer to the business to support excellent financial management, control and reporting
Evaluating proposed improvements to system functionality, working closely with the wider finance team and business to identify system development opportunities
Providing high quality day to day systems support to users of the finance systems
Developing and implementing finance systems training to users across all sites to ensure effective use of the systems
Acting as Guinness finance systems lead for projects

**Person:

The successful Accountant will be**:

CCAB/CIMA qualified
Extensive experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, eBusiness Suite or equivalent system in a large and complex organisation
Experience writing complex SQL against the Oracle Financials data model
