We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Oldham

Monday to Friday 08-00 / 16-00 & 09-00 / 1700 (must be flexible)

Fully office based,

Pay £12.60 PAYE or £15.79 via the umbrella service


You will be part of a fast paced team speaking daily with tenants for a national housing provider arrange repairs, surveys and any other queries.

Inputting details and liaising with other departments to arrange appointment to suit the tenant.

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Updating customers
  • Diary management

Salary:
£12.60-£15.79 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
