Working for a growing manufacturing business offering excellent career development.Duties will include:
- Support the sales team in preparing and organising sales documentation.
- Accurately quote clients on solutions, maintenance, and installations full training provided.
- Update and maintain project logs and enquiry logs with attention to detail.
- Answer customer queries promptly, providing excellent service and information.
- Process enquiries and develop schedules of rates and quotations.
- Ensure all projectrelated paperwork is processed efficiently and follow up on project results.
- Actively request feedback on quotations issued, especially if unsuccessful, to improve future proposals.
Experience/Skills/required:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and communications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- A presentable professional who can represent the company during client interactions and site visits.
Hours of work:
8.30am pm Monday - Thursday Friday
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
