Service Controller
£23,000 + Yearly performance related bonus
South Leeds
Shift pattern days & nights - 7am/7pm & 7pm/7am. Any weekend & night shifts are worked from home.

My client a professional Security company based in South Leeds are looking for an experienced Service Controller to join their team.

To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a busy demanding environment.

Service controller duties:

Liaise daily with the regional engineering teams to ensure SLA's are met.
Plan the engineers diary using the company business system ensuring that calls are resolved in a timely manner
Liaise with RSD and Portal Management to ensure the high priority accounts are fully aware of delivery times.
Ensure all compliance is achieved in line with company guidelines
Liaise with the internal team and Regional Management &/or National Accounts and highlight/escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to the clients
To be flexible and adaptable when required
To answer incoming calls into the department from internal colleagues and clients
Ensure the company system is updated and calls are logged with all relevant information in line with company policies
Ensure all out of hours processes are followed

Essential requirement for this role:

Experience within a busy Service environment to meet SLA's and KPI's
Departmental knowledge to facilitate best working practices
Reporting to the organisation in a professional manner
Computer literate
Microsoft office proficient
Previous experience managing an engineering workforce desired but not essential
