My client is looking for a Change Manager to be responsible for managing change initiatives across Risk with a focus on Group led change initiatives, as well as launching and leading initiatives to streamline processes, enhance data management and implementtactical and strategic systems solutions.
Non team leader role but managing virtual project teams across a range of different teams within Risk and other functions, as well as managing a range of senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, executing initiatives/projects within a Risk Transformation Plan
- Working with senior business stakeholders to challenge and develop overall lending strategy and operating model
- Taking ultimate accountability for developing and managing a change programme to deliver continuous improvements in risk management, control, and business performance
- Creating a partnership culture with key business areas, ensuring input to and influence over business decisions
- Detailed knowledge of change management, including project management and data management techniques and tools.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate risk strategies and policies, with an ability to justify such if challenged.
- Detailed knowledge of Risk, including Credit, Market and Counterparty Credit Risks
- Broader business or banking qualification to ensure commercial understanding.
