The Role:
What you will do?
VITA Health Group is seeking individuals to join our Legal Information Team.

The main responsibilities include providing Legal and Practical Information as well as guidance to a diverse clientele, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Our consultants are expected to work independently while delivering top-notch client support.

This opportunity consists of 30 hours per week as per business requirements, and is fully remote. The Service operates from Monday to Friday.

You should have background in offering advice (such as Citizens Advice or a similar agency) and may hold relevant qualifications in this field or Legal Discipline.
Your experience should involve actively listening to clients, offering current information, and directing them to relevant resources.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions is a crucial responsibility. Meeting deadlines is essential.
At times, you may need to assist clients experiencing distress and collaborate with our clinical team when necessary.
