The Role:
What you will do?
VITA Health Group is seeking individuals to join our Legal Information Team.

The main responsibilities include providing Legal and Practical Information as well as guidance to a diverse clientele, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Our consultants are expected to work independently while delivering top-notch client support.

This opportunity consists of 30 hours per week as per business requirements, and is fully remote. The Service operates from Monday to Friday.

  • You should have background in offering advice (such as Citizens Advice or a similar agency) and may hold relevant qualifications in this field or Legal Discipline.
  • Your experience should involve actively listening to clients, offering current information, and directing them to relevant resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions is a crucial responsibility. Meeting deadlines is essential.
  • At times, you may need to assist clients experiencing distress and collaborate with our clinical team when necessary.
