About The Accountancy Partnership:


Are you a skilled mediator with a knack for resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction and overall client experience? We're currently seeking a proactive Complaints Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Birkenhead office.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of managing client concerns, while also ensuring the Client Experience is perfect.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing client complaints to address issues and enhance service quality.
  • Conducting empathetic outreach to clients to address concerns.
  • Methodically documenting and processing complaint forms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams to implement solutions and prevent recurring complaints.
  • Providing timely updates and resolutions to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in enhancing the overall client experience by:

  • Conducting courtesy calls to maintain positive relationships with clients and gather valuable feedback.
  • Assisting with disengagements in a compassionate and professional manner to ensure seamless transitions for our clients.
  • Collaborating closely with fellow team members to consistently deliver exceptional service that surpasses customer expectations.

Salary:
£20,659.18-£24,192.90 per year
