**We're growing - fast - and have big ambitions across both the consultancy and technology spaces. In order to achieve these ambitions, we're hiring a Business Development Manager to help 'grow' the business through nurturing and looking after relationshipswith prospective clients and partners.
You'll sit within our Business Development team and report into our Director of Strategic Partnerships, Andy Leach.
As a Business Development Manager at Intuita, you'll be responsible for growing a sustainable portfolioof clients according to Intuita's ethos.
Your typical week will include:
- Pursuing new business opportunities
- Brining in business from existing clients
- Negotiating and overseeing contracts
- Leading Intuita's sales and marketing strategies
- Working with relevant areas of Intuita to develop accurate and consistent proposals
- Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximise growth
- Predict growth targets and forecast
- Managing daily operations

- Extensive experience in a Business Development or similar role
- Negotiating skills
- Strong numerical and forecasting skills
- Data background (desirable) with the ability to cultivate discussions at all levels
- Experience presenting to existing and new customers through the use of storytelling and visualisation
- Experience in using Pipedrive or equivalent lead management tool
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and play back effectively to audience
- Motivated by gaining the right work for organisations
