Claims Handler

Temp, 5 months

£11.95 per hour

Hybrid working available

The role

Duties and Responsibilities


As Claims Handler you'll be responsible for processing claims submitted by customers across a range of products in line with company policies and standard operating procedures, with the aim of providing excellent customer service and having a positive impact on wider team objectives.


About you

  • Claims experience not required although helpful
  • Good admin skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong professional written communication skills
  • Customercentric individual who will go above and beyond to give great customer service
  • Showing initiative and able to see tasks through to completion
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Adaptable and a team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 5 months


Salary:
£11.95 per hour
